Description Three-layer hot press machine is multi-layer thermal pressing machinery for wooden door and furniture panel mass production. Nominal total pressure is 1200kN, equipped with four 2500×1300×42mm hot plates for three working layers. Six Φ100mm oil-cylinders supply stable pressure, plate closing speed hits 30mm/s. Heating supports electric and thermal-oil two ways, maximum temperature up to 200°C. Hot plate spacing keeps 100mm, cylinder stroke 300mm under rated pressure 25MPa. Installed power: hydraulic 3kW, thermal oil 1.5kW, heating power 36kW. Main unit dimension 3900×1600×2000mm, total weight approx 7400kg. Compared with single-layer model, three-layer design greatly lifts output volume, allowing operators to process 3 groups of workpieces in one pressing cycle.
