Description Five-layer hot press machine is high-output multi-layer hydraulic thermal press for high-volume wooden door, plywood and furniture panel hot-bonding work. It features multi-layer hot-plate structure to process multiple workpieces within one pressing cycle, nominal total pressure 1200kN, six Φ100mm oil cylinders ensure balanced pressure distribution. Heating method includes electric heating and thermal-oil heating, maximum working temperature reaches 200°C. Rated oil pressure 25MPa, cylinder stroke 300mm, hot-plate spacing 100mm. It adopts electric press-plate opening structure for fast loading and unloading. This five-layer hot press dramatically raises daily production capacity, suitable for large-scale wood-processing enterprises for veneer hot pressing, door skin composite and panel thermal gluing, delivering stable pressing quality and high working efficiency.
