One Layer Hot Press (For Door & Panel)
Description One-layer hot press machine is hydraulic thermal pressing equipment for wooden door, cabinet panel and veneer hot compound processing. Nominal total pressure reaches 1200kN, fitted with 2 pieces of 2500×1300×42mm hot plates. Six Φ100mm oil cylinders realize stable pressure output, closing speed at 30mm/s. It supports both electric heating and thermal-oil heating modes, maximum working temperature up to 200°C. Single working layer with 100mm hot plate spacing, cylinder stroke 300mm under 25MPa rated oil pressure. Installed power includes hydraulic 3kW, thermal oil 1.5kW plus 36kW heating power. Total machine weight is 5.6 tons, overall dimension 3900×1550×1850mm. This hot press can finish veneer hot press bonding, door skin compound and board hot-melting gluing, widely adopted in door factories and furniture plants for high-efficiency thermal pressing work.
