Description MH3248X100T heavy-duty cold press machine provides up to 100-ton strong pressing capacity, designed for high-standard wood bonding applications. It adopts 4 oil cylinders or optional 2 pcs Φ160mm cylinders for balanced pressure output over 1250×2500mm working platen. Platen opening supports 1000mm,1300mm or 1500mm according to production demands. Running under 20MPa hydraulic pressure with 5.5kW motor power, this machine can sustain heavy-load continuous production for thick solid-wood doors, multi-layer composite boards and large-size decorative panels. Heavy steel frame ensures no distortion under full-pressure status. Net weight reaches 3000kg, one set for 20GP container and two for 40GP. It is preferred equipment for medium-large wood factories pursuing high-quality lamination result, effectively eliminating bubbles and gaps between board layers.
