Description R-RP1000 double-head thickness sanding machine is economical two-station sanding machinery for wood panel thickness calibrating and polishing. Max working width 1000mm, minimum workpiece length 500mm, sanding thickness 3-110mm. Conveyor speed ranges 6-30m/min. Total power 35.37kW, equipped with 18.5kW and 15kW sanding motor for two frames. Sanding roller diameter Φ190mm, abrasive belt 1020×2000mm. Working pressure 0.6MPa, dust-extraction volume 8000m³/h. Overall dimension 1900×1600×2100mm, net weight 2000kg. It completes rough sanding and fine sanding in one feeding stroke, obtaining even thickness and smooth panel surface.
